Amazing PC and Great Customer Service

PC came without a US power cable and customer support was very on top of sending me a correct one asap. As for the PC itself it was built even better than what I had thought, especially the cord management, it’s extremely neat. Also have not had any problems with the functionality, no startup issues or anything.

I purchased an Ironside series model R silver grade computer. I was delighted by the customer service and technical support. They actually pick up the phones and know what they are doing unlike big box stores that do neither. I was kept informed of the computers status through each step in the process. The computer was meticulously put together and I have no doubt it will serve me well for years. Thank you!

I've ordered a few computers from Ironside over the past several years. Every time, the selection has been good, the ordering process easy, and the delivery prompt and on time. No issues with any of the computers they've built for me, using quality parts and well assembled (cables routed nicely, etc.). Prices are reasonable for a customer builder too. Repeat customer here and I will order from them again in the future!
