    Too Easy…

    Bought my PC about 4 months ago, and haven't had any problems at all. When i was looking i took about 3 weeks to decide that i would try Ironside computers, there weren't many credible reviews online, only people asking on forums wether or not they were reliable. And being in Australia we dont have many Computer companies so I went out on a limb and tried Ironside, The only thing i can say is Thank You Ironside. The computer plays League of Legends like a boss, along with BF3 and skyrim on max settings :) Ive never had a random shutdown or slow down in power and would recommend them to anyone. Ironside computers you have made this process too easy... :) I posted an unboxing on Youtube so you guys can see how great it turned out even when it traveled over the ocean.

I was scared buying from a company with so few reviews. I received my computer a little late but I put it off to the 4th of July. When I received it, it was almost entirely prepared to be set up besides removing the shipping material, which took 10 seconds. three months later the PC is super fast and works perfectly without hardly nay work from myself. I would definitely order from here is you are trying to decide. They know what they are doing!!!

    Great Service

    I don't really think there is much to say so i'll keep the review short and sweet. I purchased a custom computer from ironside computers and is had been great from day 1. I've heard a lot of horror stories about Doa computer from other system builders but I didn't receive anything like that with them. Ironside manages to provide great product at a comparable cost to other seller (and much better than some of the big box retailers gaming brands)Anyway i feel perfectly comfortable with purchasing another one in the future and i'll recommend them if some friends decide to upgrade. feel confident in purchasing from ironside as I will personally vouch for them for their great service.

    I’m done searching for computer retailers

    I have bought several computers online through other companies. I've found great deals but always been left with a bad taste in my mouth due to their customer service, shipping policies or product quality. I can say definitively that I have found where I will be buying the rest of my computers from. I actually had an order started with another company and decided to check out Ironside for comparison. I logged on and cut and pasted my specs into the chat window and Robert helped me match the computer I had picked out part for part. He even helped me upgrade some pieces and fix a few incompatibility issues and when all was said and done, I had MUCH more computer for the exact same price with free shipping and a real 3 year warranty. I couldn't be happier with my new rig and I'm sure you will be posting the same stuff on here in a couple weeks if you decided to buy today.

    Well Done.

    I love my new computer. No bloatware. It doesn't purr like a kitten because it is silent as the grave. I am so impressed with it. Boots up in no time flat. I had hassles with the processing, it took a while, but I attribute this to a likely backlog of orders. I also had a little hiccup with the tracking number, I received the wrong one and Robert did too, but as soon as I realized something was wrong and notified Robert, he helped me within 10 minutes. He was direct to the point and willing to do sleuthing to track down my tracking number and computer. Once it shipped and Fedex picked it up, I got the computer in 3 days. That was with the FREE shipping. I wish everything I ordered online got here that fast for free. I also can't tell you the peace-of-mind a 3-year parts warranty gave me. Thanks Robert and Ironside! You guys are the best and most professional customer service representative and company with which I have ever dealt.

    Couldn’t be more pleased

    My new Ironside computer is blazing! My order kind of hung up on processing for a while, but went very quickly once the process truly started. I received my computer a lot quicker than I thought I would. I had a couple of issues early on, but Robert helped me over the phone and with email. Both times he figured out the problem immediately and gave me the right thing to do. He was patient, articulate, and extremely polite. The combination of value and customer service make Ironside the company I recommend to anyone looking to buy a computer.
