Today, I contacted Ironside about an older computer purchase. Mackenzie stepped in to assist, despite the computer being out of warranty. His willingness to help and expertise was not only impressive but also a testament to Ironside's quality customer service. We've decided to source our company PCs from Ironside now, largely due to this positive experience. Mackenzie's skill in selecting and customizing parts for our team's diverse needs was notable. Bought a system from them March 2022. The thing is an absolute BEAST and solid as a rock. Got NO complaints there. They even got it built to my specs and delivered to my house EARLY. Just this last week had my FIRST issue with the system. Cooling fans and RGB on my video card (EVGA 3080), well one fan quit and the RGB went down. Called their customer support. Talked first to Mackenzie then to Spencer. Both urged me to send the card in for RMA, Did that, and I guess the card was sicker than everybody thought, because they're replacing it with a 4070ti, at no cost to me. From sales to customer support, the service her has been absolutely STELLAR. I could NOT recommend them more

Ironside Sales And Service
