    worth the wait and money

    i was anxious at first waiting for my new actual gaming pc. from the one i got from best buy, which i highly suggest nor buying from there unless you need new cords and thats about it, this one from ironside it is * clicks with mouth * above and beyond my expectations. this baby poops out frames of 130 and more even 200 sometimes and all i got is the gtx1050 with the zephyr build. the start up time only about 3 seconds or so i was so happy with my decision to save up money to purchase this pc and so should you.

    Awesome!

    Bought this and absolutely love it! Was not sure about the site at first because of the lack of reviews. But in the end I went with them and it was well worth it! Highly recommend!

    Good delivery speed, better service, best computers!

    Everything about this company is awesome. I ordered a custom built Fiend and had questions about it throughout the build process, and even ended up upgrading my build speed. The support staff are top-of-the-line and always speedy in responses, and though I haven't gotten it yet, this is my first gaming desktop, and I am very excited to see it in action! Thank you Ironside!

    SO happy

    I have never built a PC before or gamed on a PC (console only until now) and was recommended this system by my friend and guide through the world of PC gaming. I ordered the "standard" imp without pausing to make any modes or do further research. After reading online reviews about this not being a "real" company I started to get concerned...but after my amazing experience I'm not really sure why there was concern in the first place. The customer service reps were awesome - super patient with me and even helped me upgrade bits and pieces of the "standard" Imp to better suit my gaming needs. During the time I ordered, Bitcoin farming blew up so they were short on graphics cards, but knowing I was keen on getting my system ASAP they shipped it out w/o the card and sent me the card separately as soon as it was available. They assured me it would be simple enough to install it on my own (which I did!), but also said I could call and have them walk me through it if need be. Only "negative" I'd have to say is that it did take much longer than I expected it to take to get the system built "a little longer than the 10 business days because they were originally holding my order until the graphics cards came back in". I also had to call them pretty frequently to check in on my order as their computer system isn't great at updating the status of your order. I'd recommend upgrading to the 5 day build if you want it sooner. I know this is a SUPER long review, but it'll all just to say that I had a great experience with this company and have been so thrilled with my system. I'd buy from them again hands down

    Excellent PC and Excellent Customer Service

    I found Ironside on twitter and decided to get my Bronze Series Laptop through them.... BOY WHAT A GOOD CHOICE! I got the laptop fast and it exceeded my expectations. The emails they give you during the build process are so informative and very helpful. When I got the Laptop the keyboard lights were not working and after contacting support who got back within the hour my keyboard was fixed in under 2 hours with just a few fixes. Overall if your PC or laptop does not come from Ironside you are doing it WRONG!! The smaller company truly cares about its customers and their customer service is by far one of the best!!

    Love the site, support center is slow-ish on response

    So for the pros, I ordered a new gaming desktop and a few additions, and along the way I asked some questions. The support center at first was very fast on response however I wanted to upgrade my build package and haven't been able to get contact. Don't let that fool you though, the support staff are 10/10. Very nice people working here. I am very excited to get my new desktop! Hoping for a response soon from support on my inquiry over e mail, until then, thank you Ironside for providing great products!
