    Model I performance

    Overall the Model I has great performance. It does better than my older computer. I wish the fans were a bit quieter, but they do a good job of cooling the computer.

    Lovely case

    I ordered this case for my first PC build and I love it so much. I've helped my husband build his but this was my first. The case is gorgeous, the stained glass effect is amazing. I also like the set up to get all the cables behind the motherboard. ALSO it shipped way faster than expected which was a huge bonus because I am not patient.

    My Ironside Expereince

    The ordering process was smooth and straightforward. The website is user-friendly, and everything is clearly labeled, so you know exactly what you're selecting and getting. That part of the experience was excellent. The issue came during the assembly phase. Although the site advertised a "10-day assembly" timeline, my build ended up taking over three weeks. I was informed that the delay was due to a missing power supply, which arrived on a Monday night but wasn’t installed until the following Monday for some reason. Despite the delay, the customer service—especially from Spencer—was outstanding. He was responsive, helpful, and understanding throughout the process, which helped ease the frustration. In the end, the PC I received exceeded my expectations. It’s extremely well-built, the cable management is top-notch, and it performs beautifully. I also requested no RGB lighting on the AIO, and Spencer made sure that request was fulfilled. Overall, while the assembly time took longer than I hoped, the quality of the final product and the great customer service made it worth the wait.

    Better than I expected!

    Nothing but the best. Been using the pc for a few weeks, mostly playing EFT and R6 and it runs perfectly! Best pc purchase I’ve made. Case also looks better in person!

    More than worth the money

    Ironside had my PC built and shipped faster than I would've been able to plan one out myself. Incredible turnaround, amazing price, will absolutely be a return customer when I need a new PC again.
