I ordered a PC from ironside for iRacing and sim racing in general. I was completely blown away by their customer service, quality, and value. I literally could not have built the machine myself for what their price was. And their warranty length is outstanding. I was even more impressed when I received my order. Packaging was outstanding and the machine is beyond gorgeous. Attention to literally every detail. I can not say enough good things about the company and their product.

My computer lasted 5 years till UPS smashed it 2 weeks ago. Customer service for Ironside has been the only consistent customer service ive received from any company in my 26 years. All 3 roadblocks ive encountered were handled promptly and clearly despite the years inbetween incidents which speaks in high volume. Ironside will give you Bang for Buck. Thank you Josh and Ethan in 2019, Mackenzie in 2024, and Ironside as a whole.

Amazing Service!

Amazing Service! Arguably the best customer service ive had so far. I called and wanted to make sure that I got fast delivery but unlike most companies they actually told me not to purchase fast delivery because I was already going to get the fastest delivery. Not only that but my pc didn't come with RGB lights and they even sent me free fans for the colors! amazing service and a great company overall! 10/10 Would ABSOLUTELY recommend.

I bought my wife a computer years ago, amazing service especially as I was moving for the military at the time, they expedited my order no questions asked. I just bought another computer through them this week the Model O specifically and it arrived perfect and on time with zero hiccups

For gaming, business, or coding my computer from ironside has worked flawlessly. The 5 year warranty that is comes with also relieves a lot of stress I spent $2,600 but they have computers for every budget, if they’re out of stock for a pre-made computer or you want something specific they have a pc building section too, which is what I opted with I’ve only experienced positives with their customer service, but one side note is to be patient with building and delivery time. Delivery can be 2-3 weeks before it arrives as they have 4 day work weeks, but for the guarantee of a good product it’s worth the wait. 5 stars

I have bought 2 PCs from these guys and could not recommend them enough. If you are looking for a custom pre-built pc then you have come to the right company. With friendly staff and customer service they are sure to leave their mark. These pcs are well built and shipped. Ready to run straight out of the box.
