    Excellent product

    I was in the market for a new computer after my last machine outlived its usefulness. I needed something powerful enough to handle not only my games, but also my illustration and animation software. The ordering process was straightforward, with updates at every step of the building and shipment process, and I was able to get it hooked up and running the day it arrived. I have been using it now for a few weeks and it runs like a dream. I have nothing but praise to say about Ironside's customer service, and the product they offer. That I was also sent an email just checking in on whether I am still satisfied with the machine or have any questions? Just says a lot about the company. Should I need something even more powerful in the future, I know where I am going to look.

    I have not received and tested my 2 computers yet, but I did want to comment on the Customer Service of Ironside Computers. Had a Brandon help me over the phone a couple of times with checking on my order and swapping some out of stock parts out and such. Great help and makes me want to do more business with Ironside in the future.

I have contacted your customer service and Technical Support several times. Each and every time I have had such excellent service. Every question I ever had was answered. And answered correctly.     Absolutely worth the price tag

    Having felt the limitations of the gtx 970m in my 5 year old gaming laptop, I decided it was time for a new rig. I was inspired to take a look at Ironside by Greg, who is the host of a youtube channel that i love (How to Drink). I sort of fell in love with the specs and aesthetics of the Monstera instantly and immediately knew, that is exactly what I wanted. It did take about a month for me to receive my pc after purchasing it, but it was well worth the wait and money. The Monstera I received came in pristine condition and is virtually flawless in any aspect that I can think about. It absolutely crushes any game that I throw at it and I have yet to experience any sort of hiccups. The folks at Ironside clearly know their trade like the back of their hand and I can heartily recommend their products to anyone. 10/10
