A stellar customer experience. I ordered an i7 7820x before they were available in stock. They let me order the processor from somewhere else, shipped it to me with it 90% finished just like I wanted. Installed the CPU myself, connected the the cooler, and ran perfect. Tech on the phone actually remembered building my specific machine when I called asking about the location of a cable inside the case, knew exactly where it was. I cannot reiterate how beautifully this machine is wired. I've built a few myself, and they've never been this neat, and had airflow this good. Completely blown away.

Don't hesitate to buy from this company just because they are still small, soon I'm sure they will grow because they have some of the best service out there. I would be surprised to see a custom pc company with better customer service or flexibility with your order. With the top notch customer service and excellent computer knowledge this has to be THE BEST custom pc building company out there.

Best Custom Build PC Company Hands Down!

Just received my PC today that I ordered! Assembly and shipping were great. Customer service was top notch and could not only help me with my order, and eventually adjust it, they made sure I knew every PC they carried to find one that would fit my needs even though I pretty much knew what I was going with. PC fired up without a hitch straight out of the box. It runs beautifully and quietly. My setup is similar to the Nemesis Advanced on their website with a few tweaks and changes of my own. I am absolutely satisfied with their service and will be using them again when it comes time to upgrade! They made not just my day but my year! Thank you guys for existing and caring about your customers!!! It's truly a rare thing indeed!
