    I, like many others, got my PC during the pandemic. Ironside made the process super easy as someone with little experience in building a PC and answered every question I had along the way in terms of making sure the PC i got fit my needs. It’s been nearly 4 years since I’ve ordered the PC and Ironside has been of amazing service throughout it all. Whether I had a quick email question or a phone call about a computer issue, they were attentive and helped me figure out my problem. Most recently I talked with Mackenzie, who helped me through a corrupted update and then again several weeks later in isolating my problem regarding RAM. Mackenzie truly made a stressful experience into an easy one, including video tutorials and step-by-step walkthroughs on how to troubleshoot my issue. Would 100% recommend ironside to friends and will definitely consider them again whenever it’s time for me to shop PC’s again (though here’s to my current one going strong for years to come! 🙌🏼)
