Forge a PC

Leaving a LONG overdue review. But, I purchased a Ironside PC about 5 years ago - a super limited "Dark Valor" build as my first PC ever. 5 years later, I have not had a SINGLE issue with this computer. Not one. Their customer service team is top notch and helped me every step of the way as well. I love their work so much that I always contemplate getting another even though I have no need for one.

5 year old Laptop still running strong

I bought a laptop from Ironside 5 years ago and I am so satisfied with it. First, when I purchased my laptop they were out of the GPU's I requested so they gave me a upgrade for free. Since my purchase I have almost never turned my laptop off and absolutely abused it. It is still running outstandingly well and can run pretty much every game I have found to include stuff like Bonelab and PAVLOV.

Ironside is a great prebuilt pc company. But what's really phenomenal about them is their customer service team, both representatives are incredibly helpful and very patient. I've got 3 different stories so hang in there, this is a long one. * (1) I picked up two different builds from them and they were built great. I only ran into one issue, but it wasn't Ironside's fault. A couple of months in I had a faulty PSU, failed. Not something they can anticipate. I contacted customer service and they were hyper-responsive and more than helpful. They first sent the replacement out to me and offered to guide me through setup, I didn't feel confident so without hesitation they then offered to return the build back to them, and they replaced the part as a function of their warranty. * (2) I accidentally shipped them an entire monitor that I was trying to return to another company, this was a $1,300 monitor. They had every opportunity to just take it, and keep it without anybody knowing better. Rather they matched it with my address, contacted me, and shipped it out for me to the correct place that I should have shipped it to in the first place. * (3) I purchased my wife's PC but had forgotten to get it built with 6 RGB fans. When I contacted them they gladly sold me the fans alone, then guided me through an install step by step with admirable patience. Ultimately, I definitely understand that when you get a prebuilt at one of the sweatshop companies you'll probably get it a bit cheaper, and if you build it yourself you'll save a ton. But what you're paying a little more for here is some of the best customer service I've ever seen and a great warranty.

Just got my new milk box PC in and it is amazing. The packaging was well packed so it wouldn't get damaged during shipping. Booted it up and noticed how big of an upgrade I really got myself. I really appreciate how communative they are when I asked questions and how quick they were to respond to them! I am extremely impressed with the quality of the product I recieved and I will be recommending this company to my friends if they are wanting a really amazing custom PC!

I ordered a PC from ironside for iRacing and sim racing in general. I was completely blown away by their customer service, quality, and value. I literally could not have built the machine myself for what their price was. And their warranty length is outstanding. I was even more impressed when I received my order. Packaging was outstanding and the machine is beyond gorgeous. Attention to literally every detail. I can not say enough good things about the company and their product.
