Customer service is excellent! 10/10 RMA experience.

My mom and partner pitched in together to get me a nice gaming PC for my birthday a couple of years ago. I recently had to send it back to Ironside for some repairs (thankfully it was still under warranty!) and not only did they do an excellent job on the RMA, but the repair technician went above and beyond. 💯 Allow me to explain further- when I sent in the computer to be repaired, I changed my wallpaper to be a picture of my cat and also included a sound file of her meowing and put a note in a .txt file explaining my computer's issue and invited them to change the wallpaper to be a picture of their cat if they had one. Not only did they honor my request for the cat pic, but the NAME of their cat absolutely KILLED me. I am in love with this cat! hahaha If you can't read it, the .txt file says the following: "As per your request, here is my cat Shadow Wizard Money Gang. He is evil but also a good boy. Cheers! -B" I'm not sure who "B" is, but I genuinely hope that if Ironside sees this review, someone will be able to identify them and deliver my utmost gratitude. You and your cat are legendary, thank you so much for creating smiles and laughter today! 🥰 We've purchased computers from this company twice now and I really can't recommend them enough. Hope this review made someone else smile today. 🙂

Limited Edition Case

I ordered Ironside's Ygdrassil case and a few other components for Christmas. Had some issues with delivery due to Fedex, but Ironside's customer support was very helpful and got it all cleared up. I've been using my new computer for a few months now and I'm very impressed with the craftsmanship. I get so many compliments on my build and it runs amazing. The case is very quiet and stays cool even when playing graphics-intense games. Amazing product and customer support.

I am so pleased with my computer. I went with the gold plan and upgraded a few things. Communication was great and once it was shipped, it arrived fast with no issues. I am so happy about everything especially that they have the option for making payments and fast delivery. 10/10 will recommend and would buy again.

Ironside is a great prebuilt pc company. But what's really phenomenal about them is their customer service team, both representatives are incredibly helpful and very patient. I've got 3 different stories so hang in there, this is a long one. * (1) I picked up two different builds from them and they were built great. I only ran into one issue, but it wasn't Ironside's fault. A couple of months in I had a faulty PSU, fan failed on it. Not something they can anticipate. I contacted customer service and they were hyper-responsive and more than helpful. They first sent the replacement out to me and offered to guide me through setup, I didn't feel confident so without hesitation they then offered to return the build back to them, and they replaced the part as a function of their warranty. * (2) I accidentally shipped them an entire monitor that I was trying to return to another company, this was a $1,300 monitor. They had every opportunity to just take it, and keep it without anybody knowing better. Rather they matched it with my address, contacted me, and shipped it out for me to the correct place that I should have shipped it to in the first place. * (3) I purchased my wife's PC but had forgotten to get it built with 6 RGB fans. When I contacted them they gladly sold me the fans alone, then guided me through an install step by step with admirable patience. Ultimately, I definitely understand that when you get a prebuilt at one of the sweatshop companies you'll probably get it a bit cheaper, and if you build it yourself you'll save a ton. But what you're paying a little more for here is some of the ***best*** customer service I've ever seen and a great warranty.
