Customer is responsible for covering shipping costs of a repair or return to our facility. We cover the return shipping back to you.
Shipping coverage back to the customer is only covered for the first year.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees if the computer is for a return.
If the system is damaged within the first 30 days of owning the system Ironside will cover the cost of shipping the system both ways.
Shipping coverage is only for the USA (48 contiguous states).
